Tracking a parcel from China
- Where do I find the tracking number?
- Your agent (Kakobuy, Kakobuy and the rest) gives you a tracking number once the parcel ships from their warehouse. It is in the order or the shipping email — usually a mix of letters and digits.
- Why is there no status yet?
- A brand-new number has to be picked up by the carrier first. We start following it the moment you search; check back in a few minutes and the first scans appear.
- Which carriers work?
- All the ones rep parcels use — Cainiao, YunExpress, 4PX, GD-EMS and 2500+ more. The carrier is detected from the number, so you rarely have to pick one.
