Rep Spreadsheet FAQ

VeteReps is a free spreadsheet of hand-picked reps: more than 5,000 finds from Weidian sellers, each with a photo, a USD price and a direct link you open on a shopping agent such as Kakobuy. We don’t sell anything and never handle payments — every order is placed by you, on the agent.

A rep spreadsheet is a curated list of products from Chinese marketplaces, each paired with a working agent link, so you don’t have to dig through Reddit, Discord and seller albums to find an item and a seller that ships. VeteReps is that list as a website, with search, categories and QC photos.

Most sellers on Weidian, Taobao and 1688 don’t ship abroad or accept foreign cards. A shopping agent buys the item for you, receives it in its warehouse in China, photographs it so you can check it, and then ships everything to your country in one parcel.

The catalog works with Kakobuy, USFans, Sinabuy, Litbuy, Oopbuy, Acbuy and more — pick one in the menu and every link and price switches to it. Each agent converts yuan to dollars at its own rate, so the same item can cost a few dollars more or less depending on the agent you choose.

Prices come from the seller’s own yuan price, converted at a live exchange rate with the selected agent’s conversion margin, so they are close to what the agent shows. Sellers change prices and agents add their own fees and shipping, so always confirm the final price on the agent before you pay.

QC (quality control) photos are pictures of your actual item taken in the agent’s warehouse before it ships. They let you check size, colour, print and stitching before paying for international shipping. Many items on VeteReps also show QC photos from real orders, so you can see what arrives before you buy.

Chinese sizing often runs smaller and cuts vary between sellers, so the size letter tells you less than the measurements. Compare the listing’s size chart with a piece of clothing you own, and for shoes go by the length in centimetres.

Shipping depends on the weight and size of your parcel and on the shipping line you choose — faster lines cost more. You can lower the cost by removing shoe boxes and extra packaging and by sending several items together in one parcel.

It depends on the shipping line: express lines are faster and more expensive, economy lines are cheaper and slower. Once the parcel leaves the warehouse, the agent gives you a tracking number.
