1. Introduction

Since most of us don't live in China, ordering from these sites directly is a hassle. That's where agents like Kakobuy come in — they have warehouses in China, buy the item for you, and ship it worldwide. They're not stores; they're forwarding services that get Chinese-marketplace goods straight to your door.
2. Register
Create your account & verify email
Sign up with the required details.

3. Finding products
Where and how to find items
Looking for something specific? We recommend starting here:

4. Placing an order
Add to cart & pay
Once you've picked a product (color, size, etc.):
- Click "Add to cart".
- Open your cart.
- Select the products you want to order.
- Click "Balance" and choose "Submit order", then pay.
Choose your preferred payment method at checkout.
5. Warehouse & status
Track your order status
After paying, your items appear under "My Orders" with a live status:
- Paid — waiting for the agent to purchase the item.
- Purchased — the agent confirmed the buy.
- Shipped (China) — the item is on its way to the agent's warehouse.
- In stock — the item arrived and is waiting for quality control (QC).
- Ready to ship — the item has been weighed and QC'd, ready to send.
6. QC photos
Check quality & correctness
Once your item reaches the warehouse you get QC photos, which let you:
- verify the seller sent the right item (size, color, variant),
- check that it's free of defects or damage.
Spot a problem? Use the "Refund" option — funds return to your Kakobuy balance (not your bank account).
7. Preparing the parcel
Choose shipping & extras
When your item shows "Ready to ship", go to "My Warehouse" and select the products you want to send. You have two shipping options:
- Pre-weighing — the agent packs your parcel before you pay shipping, which optimizes cost (12–24h).
- Submit for shipping — you pay shipping first, then the agent packs and sends.
Pre-weighing:
- Add your shipping address at the top.
- Choose whether to keep original shoe boxes, tags, etc. (can lower shipping cost).
- Add extras such as bubble wrap or corner protectors.
Submit for shipping:
- Enter your shipping address.
- Remove boxes or add extras.
- Pick a courier (the cheapest is usually best, e.g. DHL/DPD).
- Click "Submit" and pay for shipping.
8. Pre-weighing – finalize
Pay shipping after the quote
If you chose pre-weighing, wait for the agent to finish the process.
Once weighed, your parcel appears under "Pre-weighing", where you:
- choose your shipping address;
- pick a courier (we recommend DHL or DPD);
- optionally add insurance and apply a discount coupon;
- finalize and pay for shipping.
9. Tracking your parcel
Follow your shipment
After paying for shipping, your parcel moves to "My Parcels".
Within 2–3 days you'll receive a tracking number to monitor its status.
